WHAT TO DO ON SUNDAYS?
Well if you’re aged 0-16 years then there's lots going on in Kilmore!
Children (5+ yrs) stay in Church for the first part of the morning service from 11.30am and leave after the children’s talk for their activities in JAM or the Young People’s Group.
Lots of local churches are now using time during church for work with children and young people. So read on to find out what is happening...
Crèche—In the Session Room (0-4 Years)
Babies and toddlers have have their own dedicated play area with a wide range of toys. The Crèche is led by experienced mums and helpers, so parents can attend Church knowing that their children are in safe hands.
JAM (Jesus & Me) - In the Minor Hall (5-10 Years)
A fun time learning more about Jesus through Bible stories, creative activities , games, music, quizzes etc. ‘Go Teach’ materials is used as part of the core teaching.
CY (Christian Youth)—In the Hall (11-16 Years)
A lively, interactive opportunity to explore God’s Word and apply it in a way that is relevant to young people’s lives. Informal discussions and drama will form part of the varied programme.
Family Services
There will be eight Family Services from September to June during which the children and young people will remain in Church, but will be involved in the Services!
